[URGENT] Add and check backend code for Performance + Badges panels

Hey Dan,

Need you to add working code for the "My Performance" panel and "My Badges" panel on dashboard.html, as well as similar codes to /user/ page.. under user_view.html. I think it is considered urgent as supposed to be ready by Wednesday and for the most of the website for UET testing.

And also, generally, may need you to help test the pages on /user/ because I don't have dummy users to test out whether my CSS will break, I only build on rough perception. Do let me know. Thanks!
