Improve Nuke error handling #2

Should the Nuke script fail the Python script will continue executing the next shot. If Nuke errors out it should probably quit with an error condition so that whatever happened doesn't cause a whole bunch of shots to get ingested improperly.

Currently this has only happened to me once as a result of an improperly handled string in the subprocess command but who knows, it could happen to YOU!
