Pulled from review comment in #82

In the future we might fix the routing between the left tabs.
- Can probably just add a route param to each step e.g. jobs/<uuid>/actual_weather
maybe a warning when leaving the job before computing and deleting the job if possible when one does leave the page w/o computing.
- I think this is probably the way to go to start, but eventually adding a /jobs page where a user can pick up where they left off would be nice.
