Additional pre-requirements:

• I'm using a Mac M2 Pro with Sonoma 14.0
• API key from https://platform.openai.com/ and set it to OS env OPENAI_API_KEY
• pip install unstructured
• pip install markdown
• pip install tiktoken

  • pip3 install ipykernel --upgrade
  • python3 -m ipykernel install --user
• pip install openai
• Have money in the openai account. It cost me about $0.10 USD to run the model every time.
