I have paid attention to this example and will edit again if need be to not break the formatting, or I will be ignored
I have searched existing issues to see if the issue has already been opened, and I have checked the commit log to see if the issue has been resolved since my server was last updated
I have a video above. Sometimes the charmed pets do what they are supposed to, e.g. decharm, "Think" for a tick or two, and then either argo, link, or ignore the bst based on the correct mob rules. When this works it seems to work great.
When it does not the charmed mob just disappears (not allowing the beast to try to recharm / not putting him in danger from added mobs)
Expected behavior
A charmed mob should hold still for 1-2 seconds? basically 1 "Tick" of regen amount of time. Then it should do whatever the rules for that mob are, e.g. attack the bst if it attacks on sight/sound or link with other mobs, etc. If it does not aggro it should "move back" towards it's home.
I understand that Monster Player Killing is a thing and monsters despawn outside of their "home area" so that beasts can't charm a mob move it past other players and then stay -> leave, allowing the pet to path back home, agrooing on innocent players. but the compromise on retail was that the pets either attacked the bst, or took a few steps / 3-4 seconds, not attacking anyone before disappearing. This allowed non aggro pets to be recharmed, or in the case of aggressive pets to attack the bst.
