Introductions

• everyone introduce themselves, what they are interested in, and what they want to achieve / discuss / talk about
• time commitment?
• interest in hosting / mc'ing video? promoting / running social media -- e.g. what do you want to help with

Speaker Series

• should we continue a speaker series?
• frequency? once per month? format?
• topics -- tools / tool makers, "here's a tour of my interesting TFT setup", request for feedback / call for participation in format X?
• how do we select speakers? where do they propose? increase diversity

Tools

• Luma has been great, want to keep using it https://lu.ma/toolsforthought -- can share access with other organizers to create / manage events, newsletter, etc
• There are updated community features coming to Luma
• Does Github work for people?
• e.g. this discussion forum thing
• Experimental for meeting notes and other resources: LogSeq checking into repo https://github.com/TFTInterchange/ToolsForThoughtLogSeq
• For organizers, do we want something like a Discord chat server to coordinate quick things?
• Can we just use asynchronous discussions and github issues -- e.g. a project board like this https://github.com/TFTInterchange/ToolsForThoughtInterchange/projects/1
