Ringtone problem (bug)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes ringtone of the notification sounds strange

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version. Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
There seems to be a bug, sometimes when I receive the notification and screen 
turns on automatically the ringtone of the notification sounds awkward. Please 
look into that
