Yes, I can confirm that this has been like this for a very long time.
At first, whenever I swapped textures on faces using the Face editor, or created a new brush or changed its size, the map would be "marked" for lag and the things Outerbeast mentions started to happen. Until I close the newbspguy and reopen it.
But now, its happening regardless of all that, and its depending on perhaps how much time the newbspguy is open, or if I copied a brush model.
Also, when selecting many entities and changing the keyvalues, there is a MASSIVE delay, and the more selected entities themore delay there is, and most of the time all that Outerbeast mentions happens.
Its like there is a memory leak somewhere.
I may edit this post as I find more problem like these.
