In the align_reads_to_anchors step, AmpBinner apparently cant call correctly minimap when given Filenames to a fastq file with Whitespaces in the name.

in then creates a lot of files following this example filename and fails:

AmpBinner_Big_Test_02_08.tmp.part0.fastq
