Incorrect listing and sorting of contributors

Describe the issue

Weblate does not currently appear to list contributors correctly. Lists of contributors seem to contain users that should not be there and the contributors are not correctly sorted.

For example, this page should list the users contributing to Finnish in Weblate/Application sorted by the number of translations made:
https://hosted.weblate.org/user/?q=translates%3Afi+contributes%3Aweblate%2Fapplication&sort_by=profile__translated

However, the user listed first seems to be some kind of bot and has a total of four translations listed on the profile! This definitely isn't the highest number of Finnish translations anyone has made to Weblate (I just made a few dozen and have done hundreds over the years, along with other active translators), so the listing is seems to be totally broken.

Also, looking at the whole of Hosted Weblate the user listed as having the most translations appears to be a project administrator who does some kind of administrative actions in bulk to all languages. This should not count as a translation contribution in a particular language.

Expected behavior

The contributors page for each language only lists users who have made meaningful contributions (e.g. translations, suggestions, comments, reviews, not automated mass administrative actions) to that particular language, and lists them in the correct order.

• The sorting is ascending, so it is expected that the first one has the least contributions.
• The sorting is based on total user translations, not filtered by the language.
• Only string edits count as user translations, not administrative actions.

I see, but it makes no sense to have the sorting in ascending order.

It makes no sense to not have it filtered by the language. The page is about contributors to a particular language. Sorting based on total user contributions would belong to a different page.
