Extended front end web interface for P2Pool.
Put the files in the web-static folder of your P2Pool node installation.
Edit js/settings.js and add your contact email.
Edit index.html and change the ftc-small.png and ftc-large.png to the images you want (or remove them completely).
Edit index.html and update the <title> and the menubar link with your pool name.
