AI-GCS: Create search query client to search a whole codebase

To enable the search of a codebase we need a ScanCode.io client pipeline that can call MatchCode.io search though its matching API. The goal is to enable an easy scan of a whole codebase, including actual code fingerprinting and search results sorting, filtering and ranking.

This means:

• Create/update a ScanCode.io search pipeline that integrates the search in a codebase scan.
• Create step-by-step guide to document how to install/configure ScanCode.io for code search.
  • Create step-by-step guide to use the code search from ScanCode.io
