fix(cluecode): reject sentence-glue NAME-DOT holders

Bare COMPANY:{NAME-DOT} and permissive NAME-DOT tails turned
license prose (Assignment.This, Remedies.In, Corporation.All)
into fake ignorable holders, failing validate shards 2/4.

Keep Frankie.Chu author + Rocket.Chat year-holder dual-home;
drop bare NAME-DOT company rule and block glue function-word tails.
