Hi,

Having just used cmake to produce MS Visual Studio 2015 .sln files for this. When I build the "ALL BUILD" I am unable to build pcl_e57 due to depreceation between ROS and PCL.

As specified here: https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/pcl/wiki/Remove-ROS

Do you have an up to date version that resolves these issues?
