[Enhancement]: User stats should be comma-delimited when viewing from App #1427

Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Any numbers over 1,000 should be comma-delimited (or localized equivalent)

Why would this be helpful?

This is to enhance readability, and is an extension of previous feature requests for the Web client.
