Add CF and long name

Using this json, add standard_name and long name (optional columns) to the GFDL json template.
Populate values by referencing the following and the variable name, frequency, realm info that's available in the catalog already. Print a message with the catalog builder that this is being deduced using the following json file as there can be a minimal error rate.
