Create catalog from ERA5

1. Create catalog manually from template example (https://github.com/aradhakrishnanGFDL/CatalogBuilder/blob/main/cats/gfdl_template.json)

2. Validate catalog using "fre catalog validate gfdl_template.json catalog.json

3. Load using intake-esm for sanity check

4. Create catalog using "FRE catalog build --config=/path/to/config.yaml"

5. Validate catalog using "FRE catalog validate schema.json catalog.json

6. Choose radiation variables and run radiation-cloud script
