Describe the bug
CodeCommit is no longer available to new customers as of July 25, 2024. Remove all references to CodeCommit everywhere.

To Reproduce
Deploy the template in a new org with CodeCommit as the source, it will fail.

Expected behavior
Expect AWS services required to deploy this solution to be available.

Please complete the following information about the solution:

All versions, all regions in new accounts.
