The C-SDK is missing the implementation for RTC_STATS_TYPE_REMOTE_OUTBOUND_RTP in rtcPeerConnectionGetMetrics API. It would be nice to have the RTC stats for remote outbound also so that it can be easily analyzed with web-internals.
