Deleting stacks from customizations does not delete CF stacks

Describe the feature you'd like
I would like to see CF stacks deleting when removing them from customizations config. Or at least a flag to delete the stacks. Currently if you remove the stack from LZA, it leaves the CF stack untouched.

Additional context
This if working as documented know, but with larger deployments it is very tedious to manually delete stacks from tens or hundreds of accounts.

Please note that deployed custom CloudFormation Stacks are not deleted if they are removed from customizations-config.yaml. All custom stacks deployed by LZA must be deleted manually if they are no longer needed.
