Better Keyboard reserves about 50% of Display without opened keyboard...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Activate Better Keyboard 
2.Switch to landscape and back
3. Open any application, which uses the keyboard (but not at that moment)

What is the expected output?
The Application on the whole display.

What do you see instead?
Upper Half: The App
Lower Half: Black Screen, as long as the keyboard is not active.
This stays even if I deactivate Better Keyboard and is only fixed after 
rebooting the System.

What version of the product are you using?
Better Keyboard Version 4.1

On what operating system?
Android 1.6 on Acer Liquid
