Official git snapshot package: blueman-git
The Fedora package is available via EPEL.
Third-party APT repository with git snapshot versions:

Import the signing key with curl https://cschramm.eu/blueman/debian/blueman.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -.
The apt-transport-https package is required for https sources.
