can't write value to config register

Hello, I have some problem with connecting MPU9250 via SPI protocol.
I have written value to accl and gyro config，but when I try to read them such as 0x1B, it returns 0x00 to me. Do you have any idea with this situation? The same situation also happened on register 0x37, which controls the I2C slave config to connect to AK8963C.

I have run your code, but it also returns that "failed connection to mag 10"
