Package versions between README.md and Dockerfile differ #86

As the title says, versions between the readme and the docker file differ for some tools e.g. STAR on readme is 2.7.5c vs 2.7.10a in the docker file. Same goes for picard and samtools.

Should I assume that the data are generated with the versions from the dockerfile?
