Collapsed status dismissed when item is scrolled out of screen

Description

Every collapsable item in TO (namely: Environments, Tests, (Fail/Success/Skip)) is reset to the default collapsable value when it is scrolled enough outside of the viewable part of the screen

To Reproduce

Collapse, for example, the environment arm64 on the core20 card. Scroll down, till it is no longer visible and scroll back up. The environment should now be back to be un-collapsed. This also works the other way around although it seems that scrolling up takes a bit more than scrolling down to trigger this behaviour.
