Access Issue with Backpack_2D Bag File on Google Cloud Storage

Hi Cartographer team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am trying to access the file located at https://storage.googleapis.com/cartographer-public-data/bags/backpack_2d/b0-2014-07-11-10-58-16.bag, but I am encountering the following error message:

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
  <Code>UserProjectAccountProblem</Code>
  <Message>The project to be billed is associated with a closed billing account.</Message>
  <Details>The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state closed</Details>
</Error>"

It seems that the billing account associated with this project is closed. Could you please look into this issue and help reactivate the billing account or provide an alternative means to access the file?

I have the same problem, it seems that the data are not available any more, any one can share data, or help to resolve this issue ?
