Mekanism DigItal Miner Set up

I would like to make a set up with turtles that allow me to pick up digital miners, cables, and entanglaporter move them to a different chunk replace them then start it back up, however i cant seem to find any information on the internet on how to do this with the digital miner im on 1.16.5 and playing on a sever any help please and thanks.
