kviator: Consul ACLs

I've opened this thread in AcalephStorage/kviator to wonder about Consul ACL tokens support. I need this because I'll use the same consul service for many applications, inclusive ceph. Therefore, I need to secure ceph-config key.

Meanwhile, there are any workarround for use Consul ACL with this docker image?
