osc duration

just found the if you request or look for the osc message for duration it returns a float value but it is on a scale of .001 to 604800 seconds. no need to make any crazy timing calculations.

Have a look at #6. This branch does what your talking about, unfortunately it also happens to be a bit more complicated to actually do things this way.
