Need help running this in MacOS Monterey

Hi there,

This only seems to be opened with the text editor. In my old mac which I just replaced, it was automatically opened with Terminal.
When I drag this into terminal it says 'zsh: permission denied:'
I tried the chmod a+x/Users/kevinmcnally/Dropbox/CNC/serial-port-json-server-1.94_macosx 2/
but I don't think I'm doing htis right.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
