Fetch data from Mitt Region Halland

Problem

Region Halland uses their own system called Mitt Region Halland as their booking system but they have no open data and the times sit behind an authentication.

Solution

Have a discussion with them and help them to release the data.

UPDATE: It turns out Halland uses MittVaccin in the background but for some reason, their platforms don't show any time. I suspect that logging in on Mitt Region Halland is necessary before being able to see the times.
