Support use of this module by organizations other than Cloud Posse
Expected Behavior
I'm sure it works great for Cloud Posse, but I'd like to use it!
Use Case
This would seem to be the best repository template available for developing Terraform modules on GH. However, many elements are very specific to Cloud Posse (for example, it relies on Cloud Posse's list of allowed README template publishers and does not allow overrides; the secrets: inherit keyword in GH Actions does not work across organizations; etc.). It is possible to hack the module so that it mostly works for other orgs, but there are some rough spots.
Describe Ideal Solution
Would you consider opening up this template to support other organizations in developing their own Terraform modules? I would be interested in assisting with this project next time I have a new Terraform module to write.
