Can't figure out how to use CCDN Message Bundle with doctrine_mongodb #20

Hello.
When I try to use this with doctrine_mongodb I get the following error:

The service "ccdn_message_message.gateway.folder" has a dependency on a non-existent service "doctrine.orm.entity_manager".

Does it support odm and if so how should I configure it?
