Improve Workbook Usability Of The Guide

A lot of “interactive fields” in the guide are just enumerations with “...” to fill something in. This is due to the minimal feature set of the markdown language that does not support forms or graphical elements. In all the kata chapters there have to be nice looking graphics as placeholders to put the results from the katas. The graphics should be in line with the representation in the OneNote Circle Template.
