Add custom time to rebalancer after succesfull rebalance.

Hi, I was reading the rebalancer code, is any chance to get a custom time for autorebalancer when it hits succesfull. Since Im in only TOR node, 1 minute fixed after a succesfull rebalance is to short and I need at least 3 minutes but that would be excellent if I could change it manually.
