Dashboard edit mode should ignore hidden: conditions

Hi there, I was playing with hidden: attribute to hide chip cards when there's nothing relevant to display.

It's a great feature for keeping dashboards clean and avoiding unnecessary clutter.
The only issue is that the card remains hidden when the dashboard is in edit mode.
As a result, it becomes impossible to edit the card when its hide condition is met.

Is there a way to allow hidden cards to be displayed in edit mode?

i.e.: Automatically hide the chip card when all lights are off

It's actually a bug. shouldUpdate() needs to return true when preview changes. Also hidden needs to be computed when updating due to change in preview.

I have submitted #1200 which fixes this.
