Add more functionality event section

Task

  • Currently all photos are getting rendered. Limit this to 3 rows with a load more button to load the remaining images
  • Add lazy loading to images
  • Currently we have all events getting rendered at once like this:
    image
    Limit this to max of 7 events and make it horizontally scrollable. Refer to the given below figma design and change it accordingly.
