Tested Calabash Version :
xmlcalabash1-1.1.15-97
xmlcalabash1-1.1.16-97

Dtbook type : Dtbook with tag

Description :
Dtbook to rtf script contains mainly 2 steps, the "add-id" step and the " convert-to-rtf" step. If we let the result document flow directly from the first to the second, the transformation of dtbook to rtf has performance issue. If we save the output of add-dtbook-id in a temporary file and pass the uri as parameter to the convert-to-rtf step, the script takes same amount of time to convert a given book as the pipeline 1 version.

Low priority because we have a workaround.
