DH nodes have out of date inspircd host values #13

Pallet if not all DH nodes may have an out of date host definition in their inspircd.conf that corresponds to ds.net rather than dh.net.

Pallet's inspircd host definition switched to pallet.darchoods.net and is awaiting testing.
