Migrate package @mui/x-data-grid from v6 to v7

Description

Dependent package @mui/x-data-grid has been upgraded to major version 7 with breaking changes. Fix the issues breaking the build so we can build the library with the latest features and bugfixes.

Acceptance Criteria

• package.json contains dependency to 7.x version of the package and compiles successfully

topic seems to be have a big impact on our environment . therefor the estimation needs to be updated. as v6 is still supported we could do this in a later stage too.

Updated storypoints from 1 to a more realistic 8.
Version v6 is still supported, so there is no urgent need to upgrade currently.

Currently no push from customer side - decision: descoped

@jjeroch just to let you know. v8 is not out yet. we still have 7.22.1 till today
