Add Query Parameters to Studio Pages

Currently when you select filters like status, sub-status, or search for something the browser's URL query parameters don't change in the address bar so you can't bookmark a view of the specific workflows you care about which gets to be more painful when you have many workflow definitions or instances and don't want to filter them every time.

It would also be great if these URL parameters persisted between pages. So after filtering on instances you find the one you want to view and click on it. But then hitting back to go back to the list causes the view to be reset and lost all the filtering.
