Is something bad with my setup?
Steps to reproduce

I'm experiecing the similar issue on newest version of the swiss, but instead of getting the error, the half of the screen is green while the other half is black, and the game doesn't boot up (the image simply freezes) games like: Legend of Zelda The Twilight Princess or Mario Kart Double Dash won't boot at all. Downgrading to 1458 swiss release helps, but it would be nice if this issue gets fixed sooner or later.
I'm also using sp2sd2 to boot up the nkit.iso version of the games.
When starting the game Splinter Cell Chaos theory the game looks fine, but it freezes on a black screen, I'm also having problems with IPL in certain games, I recommend returning to the previous version
