I haven’t had a chance to look into this, but wanted to document. On mt.org, these errors started showing up in the activity log around Sept. 13, when the site launched, and still show up every few hours:

Ghostwriter died with: Cannot find column 'author_id' for class 'MT::Template' at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mt/plugins/Ghostwriter/lib/Ghostwriter/Plugin.pm line 400.
Ghostwriter died with: Invalid/unsafe column name mt_permission.HASH(0x54a7d20) at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mt/lib/MT/ObjectDriver/Driver/DBI.pm line 528.
