I find it difficult to add a flag for it, since the Nuxt project was already built before @eslint/config-inspector was published. I'm not familiar with Nuxt, but I don't think Nuxt allows users to change the route mode after the build.
Perhaps we could include two versions in the package (one in history mode and one in hash mode), but I'm not sure if it's worth doubling the size of the package just for this feature.
