Primary config module'xxx'not found.

I am using hydra in my own package. Here is the problem.

When i run main.py, everything is ok. Package and config dir are imported as normal. But when i run the whole project which uses package dora_dp, it reports error.

I'm not a sophisticated coder, so do not miss some low-level problems. TWT
