Upgrade to the latest Amherst services in the acrepo container #39

Amherst has been improving the services they provide with some compelling updates.

While the current acrepo container is built off of a custom fork, this issue suggests that we upgrade the acrepo container to use the latest released version from the origin codebase. Any issues encountered with running the upgraded Amherst services in the API-X demo would result in PRs to the origin.

Amherst anticipates releasing the 1.1.x line soon. A preview of the 1.1.x line can be seen in the latest snapshots from 1.0.x line.
