我使用的以上配置，其他的语言插件，比如明月拼音是可以支持Caps切换的，但是clover好像是失效的

这个方案的clover.schema.yaml里面也有这段配置，去掉试试。

Windows上微软开发的的PowerToys可以修改按键映射，可以试试
