Point npm box2d.ts to canonical repo @flyover/box2d #67

Thanks for the wonderful box2d package.

I have stumbled across https://www.npmjs.com/package/box2d.ts at first, but i encountered #43 and could not build.
it seems that https://www.npmjs.com/package/box2d.ts does not get the latest build.
Later on, i installed https://www.npmjs.com/package/@flyover/box2d and it solves my problems.

Is there any chance that you can set https://www.npmjs.com/package/box2d.ts to point to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@flyover/box2d so that people will not accidentally install the old version?
