纯CPU版本的TensorFlow 1.x目前可下载的版本是1.14，我在没有GPU的机器上测试了1.15版的速度，要比1.14版本快很多，其中一个重要原因多线程并行度要高很多。能否编译一个1.15版本的纯CPU版本，方便在包含GPU的机器上测试CPU速度（虽然修改代码可以只跑在CPU上，但是每次都要修改代码也很麻烦）
