Add AGS

Can be used to make widgets just like EWW (Elkowars Wacky Widgets). It's just a scaffolding tool to set up Typescript projects using Astal. Astal is the actual thing providing the libraries to make the widgets.

It's easier to use AGS compared to EWW since AGS uses an established and popular language - Typescript, rather than a custom language like EWW does - Yuck. It's also supposedly more performant than EWW and generally, I find it to be better than EWW.
